We ship all orders using FedEx for fast, reliable, and trackable delivery.
Shipping Rates:
- Free shipping on orders over $75
- Flat rate of $10 on all orders under $75
Important:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes - FedEx requires a physical address.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (may be slightly longer during high-demand drops).
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
Dollar Woof Club is a liquidation-based platform. Once products sell out, they’re gone, no restocks, no replacements.
Because of this:
All sales are final.
No returns. No exchanges. No cancellations.
Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll take care of it.
To resolve quickly:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the issue
We’ll review and determine the appropriate solution (replacement, refund, or store credit depending on availability).
